Very modern rooms with a warm Atmosphere. The breakfast is great with fresh fruits and every think people like. Very central to many sightseeing's!!!!!! We will come again soon!!!!!!

I had stocked a twin room with a settee as well as bath. Its location next to Berlin Anhalter Bahnhof was excellent.

Poor quality pillows, which is same as other German hotels I've used. But we slept well so probably not a big issue.

Ideal for couples seeking comfort

The breakfast was fantastic, a real feast like you'd expect from a place that knows its game, and the atmosphere around the dining area was inviting. After some initial hiccups with our room, the staff was more than accommodating, our third room was spacious and quiet, just what we needed after a long day.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but the quality made it worthwhile.

A perfect hotel. The reception staff were so friendly, helpful and polite, with a constant smile. I mention by name: Jeanina, Jessica and Maik. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. I especially enjoyed the generosity of the bathroom amenities, which included a large box of scented bath salts, a comfy bathrobe and slippers. The hotel's location is excellent. Potsdamer Arcaden is close by and there is a taxi stand right across the street. You can easily get one to the Altes Museum and the Berlin Dom Cathedral, which are just a few minutes' drive away.

Everything was excellent.

Great in all respects , would stay there again ,and recommend to all.

Location, comfort, quality of service

Breakfast is very expensive

It was a very nice hotel. We stayed in a Junior-suite which was generously furnished and felt luxurious with the price in mind. There was no nuisance from other rooms or anything else. The hotel was nicely placed in walking distance to Potsdamer Platz and with train-connection 100 meters away to Friedrichstrasse.

We were without hot water for more than half a day (we had to take a cold shower before leaving the hotel one morning out of four) and the hotel made no actions to compensate us in this matter.
